Studio Terms and Conditions

 

1. Studio Use
By booking studio time, recording sessions, or any services, you agree to use the studio responsibly and follow all safety and equipment guidelines provided by the studio staff.

 

2. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with full payment at the time of reservation. Studio time, production sessions, and related services are secured only after payment is received.

 

3. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the music production industry and reserved studio time, all payments are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, rescheduling, or unused time.

 

4. Rescheduling
While payments are non-refundable, the studio may accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability. Rescheduling must be requested at least [insert time, e.g., 24 hours] before the booked session.

 

5. Equipment & Property
Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property caused during their session. Any intentional or negligent damage will be charged to the client.

 

6. Conduct
Clients must maintain professional and respectful conduct. Illegal activity, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their recordings and compositions. The studio may request permission to use recordings for promotional purposes, but ownership remains with the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

8. Liability
The studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought into the studio. Clients use the studio at their own risk.

 

9. Agreement
By booking and/or using our studio services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
